Herefordshire and Worcestershire ICS Learning Disability Service

Herefordshire and Worcestershire Integrated Care System (ICS) have programmes of work underway to reduce health inequalities for people with learning disabilities.

Using co-production they are working closely with experts and carers to redesign services so that people with learning disabilities can experience more control over their care and achieve longer, happier and healthier lives.

This includes putting in place a system of Care (Education) and Treatment Reviews (CETRs) for people with learning disabilities and/or autism.

On the Herefordshire and Worcestershire ICS learning disability page, you can find out about:

  • The learning disability register inclusion tool
  • Reasonable adjustments care plans

  • Annual health checks

There are also some helpful videos about reasonable adjustments, annual health checks and constipation.
