Missed business waste collection or damaged bin

Please contact us as soon as possible to tell us if your business waste hasn't been collected or if a bin has been damaged. You can call us on 01432 260051.

Missed collection

You will need to provide us with the following information:

  • Business name
  • Business address
  • Location and number of bins
  • What time the bins were put out for collection

We will investigate the missed collection and if necessary, arrange for the collection crew to return. There may be a charge for this.

Bin damaged

You will need to provide us with the following information:

  • Business name
  • Business address
  • Location and number of bins
  • What damage has occurred to the bin
  • How the damage has happened

We will arrange for a new bin to be delivered, but there may be a charge depending on how the damage occurred.
