Land to the west of Hildersley, Ross-on-Wye
Private developer - Barratt David Wilson Homes
Planning permission was granted on this site in March 2022. It consists of 210 new homes of which 84 will be affordable housing. It is being delivered in phases with the first phase being managed by Two Rivers Housing.

- 3 x 3 bed houses - shared ownership
Anticipated completion September 2023.
Further phases will be announced soon with practical completion of the site expected in 2025.
