Library members can borrow:

- 6 eBooks and 6 eAudiobooks for three weeks
- 6 DVDs for three weeks
- Unlimited eMagazines and eNewspapers
If you have given us an email address, we will send you a reminder three days before your items are due to be returned. It is your responsibility to ensure titles are renewed or returned on time.
You can renew books on your library account online or at a library.
To renew books online:
- Login to your library account
- Click on 'Loans'
- Click 'Renew' next to the loans you wish to renew or click 'Renew all'. Books will show as renewed with a new due date
If a book has been reserved by someone else, you will only be able to renew the book for two days from the date you renew.
Audiobooks and DVDs cannot be renewed online. Hire charges apply for each hire period and are payable on return.
eBooks and eAudiobooks can be renewed on the BorrowBox app or website.
You can return titles to any Herefordshire library by using one of our self-serve kiosks or by handing it to staff at the library desk.
Some libraries have out-of-hour book returns. See your local library to find out if this service is available.
If items are returned late, library charges may apply.
eBooks and eAudiobooks expire automatically at the end of their loan period and can be returned early on the BorrowBox app or website.
