Affordable housing coming soon 2022/23
We are working in partnership with housing associations and private developers to deliver the following developments.
Leadon Way Phase 3, Ledbury
Registered Provider - Citizen Housing
An overall scheme of 325 properties, of which 128 properties are affordable housing. Phases 1 and 2 have already delivered a mix of 1, 2, 3 and 4 bed houses and bungalows.
Phase three will deliver 36 units.
