Little Dewchurch Parish Council submitted their draft Neighbourhood Development Plan to Herefordshire Council on 18 March 2016.

The consultation ran from 28 March to 16 May 2016.

Regulation 16 plan stage

Little Dewchurch Parish Council submitted their Neighbourhood Development Plan to Herefordshire Council on 22 September 2016.

The consultation ran from 5 October to 16 November 2016.

Examination stage

The Little Dewchurch Neighbourhood Development Plan was sent for examination on 28 November 2016. The examiner's report was received on 21 February 2017.

Referendum stage

The referendum for voters within the Little Dewchurch neighbourhood area was held on 11 May 2017.

Adoption stage

The Little Dewchurch Neighbourhood Development Plan was made on 16 June 2017. It now forms part of the Development Plan for Herefordshire.

NDP review stage

Little Dewchurch Parish Council submitted their modified Neighbourhood Development Plan and statement of modifications on 22 September 2021. The changes made to the plan are considered to be of a non-material nature.
