The Leominster Neighbourhood Development Plan was sent for examination on 31 January 2018. The examiner's report was received on 10 December 2018.
The evidence statement has been produced to support the Leominster Neighbourhood Development Plan during the examination particularly with regards to housing growth, the designation of the settlement boundary around Leominster and the designation of a number of Local Green Spaces.
The evidence statement consultation ran from 11 June to 23 July 2018.
As per the People over Wind and Peter Sweetman vs Coillte verdict. The habitats regulations assessment final report was on consultation from 26 September to 31 October 2018.
