Prevention of fraud investigations

The council is committed to open data publication under the new local government transparency code 2015.

  • Herefordshire Council publicly discloses information relating the fraud referrals and number of cases investigated within the annual fraud report presented each year to the council's Audit and Governance Committee. This is to ensure effective governance and transparency requirements are met.
