If you are an individual or community group that wants to regularly litter pick, your local parish or town council may have a supply of equipment available to loan out to volunteers, or you could join one of the community litter picking groups already active in your area. If you are a group that litter picks regularly and would like us to add your community group to this page please let us know by emailing Stop the Drop.
If you have your own litter picking equipment you can collect purple bags to put your litter in from the council offices at Plough Lane in Hereford or from many of the county's Talk Community hubs.

Please note
- One person must be appointed to be in overall charge of the whole site

- We will not collect green waste such as garden materials or weeds
What to do with filled bags
- Leave filled bags by a public bin where possible for collection during routine rounds
- If this is not possible, to arrange collection please raise a report a problem with the exact location and number of bags
Please ensure
- Bags are not overfilled (for safe handling)
- Bags are placed where a vehicle can easily access them
