Changes to bus services

Changes to services should show in the timetables and journey planning on Traveline from the dates shown below.
From Sunday 4 February 2024
Service Z City Zipper Hereford City Service
- Revised route serving Old Market and a new NMITE Blackfriars Campus stop in Blackfriars Street
- Times from ASDA and stops between Station Medical Centre only have been amended
- On Sundays service operates via Widemarsh Street to Station Approach and does not serve The Courtyard

Service Z Hereford City Service
- New service operated by Yeomans Travel on behalf of Hereford City Council
- Operates every 15 minutes Mondays to Saturdays
- Operates every 30 minutes on Sundays

- Route of first and last buses revised in Monmouth
- Morning journey retimed
- Lunch time journey terminates at Hereford Country Bus Station, not Railway Station

Hereford City Bus Station Changes
- Services 75 and 81B depart from Stand 3
- Service G departs from Stand 4
489 Wigmore – Aymestrey – Bircher – Leominster
- Buses operate from Eye and Ashton direct to Leominster and not serve Wyson, Brimfield and Little Hereford (Contact Leominster Community Wheels on 01568 615 785 for alternative transport)
- Afternoon journey retimed to depart from Leominster at 1200
498 Leintwardine – Wigmore – Kingsland - Hereford
- Service starts from Leintwardine and will not serve Bucknell and Brampton Bryan
- Afternoon journey retimed to depart from Hereford at 1330
- Service continues on request of passengers on board at Canon Pyon
507 Leominster – Dilwyn – Weobley – Broxwood Circular
- Morning and afternoon journeys re-timed
- Afternoon journey continues to Leominster on request of passengers on board at Weobley

- Minor timetable changes
From Monday 24 July 2023
440 Pontrilas – Abbeydore
- 1653 Pontrilas – Abbeydore journey retimed to depart at 1707 to connect with service 23 journey from Hereford
T14 Hereford – Hay-on-Wye – Brecon
- Certain journeys from Hereford extended to Cardiff via Merthyr Tydfil serving Pen-Y-Fan and Brecon Beacons/Bannau Brycheiniog
- Timetable between Hereford and Brecon unchanged
X3 Hereford – Abergavenny – Cwmbran – Cardiff
- Service re-numbered 23 and continues to Newport from Cwmbran. Cardiff is not served
- Minor changes to timetable between Hereford and Abergavenny including 1620 retimed to depart at 1630 on Mondays to Fridays
- Abergavenny, King Henry VIII School served on school days

From Sunday 2 July 2023
232 Ledbury - Newent - Ross-on-Wye
- Revised timetable to improve punctuality
- Monday – Saturday inbound services now only serve Ledbury, Deer Park on the Friday and Saturday only, late evening services. Monday – Saturday outbound services continue to serve Ledbury, Deer Park
- Weston's Cider, Car Park bus stop is now served on Sundays
