Application processing dates

Week commencing 23 June 2025.

We are currently:

  • Validating applications received on 19 June 2025
  • Processing applications validated on 20 June 2025
  • Processing discharge of condition applications received on 18 June 2025
  • Publishing representations received on 18 June 2025

All applications are triaged dependent on complexity. Due to officer availability, more complex applications might differ to the date above.

Due to high demand, there is a large time frame between validation and your application being allocated to a Planning Officer. We are endeavouring to reduce this and thank you for your patience.

Publication delays

There may be delays in publishing representation to the website at times when the department is processing large scale applications all of which need to be reviewed and redacted before publishing to the website. This is due to the large volumes of representations these types of applications generate. We will however always endeavour to get representations to the website as soon as we possibly can.
