Concerns about someone rough sleeping

If you are concerned about someone who is sleeping rough, or you need help yourself, please make a report using StreetLink

Report rough sleeping on StreetLink

StreetLink will alert our Rough Sleeper Outreach Team, who will then seek to make contact. StreetLink is not a 24 hour service. 

Call 999 if the person is:

  • In immediate danger
  • Needs medical assistance, is under 18 or is with someone who is under 18.

Our rough sleeper outreach team

Our rough sleeper outreach team works alongside a wide range of partner organisations and charities. We support individuals to work through causes and symptoms of their homelessness and to access suitable and sustainable accommodation for their futures.
