Support with domestic abuse

If you are experiencing domestic abuse, help is available. Major sporting events can be a difficult time for some people. If you are worried about your own safety, or that of someone you know, confidential support and advice are available on our domestic abuse page.

Your right to a review of our housing decision

We always try to help everyone in the best way possible, but if you are unhappy with any decision we have made about your application for housing or homelessness support or the housing you have been offered, you can have our decision reviewed.

You must ask for this to happen within 21 days of being told our decision. You can ask Citizens Advice to help you do this.
