Ashperton Parish Council submitted their draft Neighbourhood Development Plan to Herefordshire Council on 1 May 2018.

The consultation ran from 1 May to 26 June 2018.

Regulation 16 plan stage

Ashperton Parish Council submitted their Neighbourhood Development Plan to Herefordshire Council on 2 May 2019.

The consultation ran from 13 May to 24 June 2019.

Regulation 16 plan re-submission stage

Ashperton Parish Council resubmitted their Neighbourhood Development Plan to Herefordshire Council on 2 October 2019.

The consultation ran from 29 October to 10 December 2019.

Examination stage

The Ashperton Neighbourhood Development Plan was sent for examination on 19 December 2019. We received the examiner's report on 4 March 2020.

Referendum stage

The referendum for voters within the Ashperton parish area was held on 6 May 2021. The plan received a positive referendum result and is currently awaiting adoption. This will follow the resolution of the issues outlined within the River Lugg catchment area position statement (April 2021).
