Pyons Group Parish Council submitted their reviewed draft Neighbourhood Development Plan to Herefordshire Council on 25 January 2021.

The consultation ran from 1 February to 15 March 2021.

Reviewed plan regulation 16 plan stage

Pyons Group Parish Council submitted their reviewed Neighbourhood Development Plan to Herefordshire Council on 23 November 2022.

The consultation ran from 28 November 2022 to 23 January 2023.

Reviewed plan examination stage

The Pyons Group Neighbourhood Development Plan was sent for examination on 3 February 2023.

A public hearing for the Pyons Group Reviewed Neighbourhood Development Plan was called by the independent examiner, Liz Beth. The hearing was held at Canon Pyon Village Hall on Friday 8 September at 1pm.

The examiner's report was received on 29 September 2023.

Reviewed plan referendum stage

The referendum for voters within the Pyons Group parish area was held on 11 January 2024.

Reviewed plan adoption stage

The reviewed plan for Pyons Group was made on 14 February 2024. It now forms part of the Development Plan for Herefordshire.
