The Marden Neighbourhood Development Plan was made on 6 October 2016. It now forms part of the Development Plan for Herefordshire.

Regulation 16 stage

Marden Parish Council submitted their reviewed draft Neighbourhood Development Plan to Herefordshire Council on 26 November 2020.

The consultation ran from 30 November 2020 to 15 January 2021.

Marden Parish Council have withdrawn their Reviewed Regulation 14 plan. The plan was officially withdrawn on 1 October 2021. For more details, please see the withdrawal notice below.
