Herefordshire Voluntary Organisations Support Service (HVOSS) operates a minibus-sharing scheme throughout Herefordshire called the Minibus Link Scheme.

Not-for-profit organisations with minibuses and multi-purpose vehicles lend their vehicles to not-for-profit organisations requiring transport. This scheme is available to all organisations such as community and voluntary organisations, uniformed youth groups, youth and sports clubs, schools and colleges who properly constitute a not-for-profit organisation.
