Lost, damaged or stolen bus pass

It can take up to 10 days to issue a replacement bus pass. During this time we are unable to offer temporary bus passes or refund your travel costs.

Lost or damaged bus pass

To order a replacement for a lost or damaged Herefordshire bus pass, at a cost of £10:

Faulty bus pass

We will replace, free of charge, passes which are faulty when issued, or which have a recognisable fault. Please take your faulty bus pass to Hereford Customer Services Centre.

If your card has been cut, drilled, bent, scratched or in any way defaced we will treat it as a damaged card and you will need to pay £10 for a replacement.

Stolen bus pass

If your bus pass has been stolen in the UK and you have reported the theft to the police and have a crime reference number, we will replace it free of charge. Request a replacement for a stolen bus pass.

Moved to Herefordshire?

If you are now living in Herefordshire after previously receiving a pass from another county you need to apply for a new bus pass.
