Fees for Definitive Map extracts and copies of other public documents

We currently charge a standard fee of £25 + VAT (currently £30) for providing extracts or copies of documents. This charge covers the provision of an A4 copy and posting it to the requester as well as up to an hour of research and administration time.

We may charge an additional fee for:

• More complex research
• Multiple copies
• Larger size copies

We shall then confirm the fee payable.

We will not send documents until we have received payment in the form of a cheque payable to Herefordshire Council.
