Overdue items
There are currently no charges for overdue items, but customers are asked to renew items when they reach their due date. You can renew items on your library account online or at any Herefordshire library.
Lost or damaged items
We understand that normal wear and tear happens, but if an item has been damaged or lost please contact us. A replacement charge may be added to your account. You can pay at your local library or online at your convenience. Replacement charges may vary depending on the age and cost of the item concerned.

Reservations
Lending items in stock on our library catalogue may be reserved by library members free of charge.

Charge payable on application. You will only be charged if we can obtain the item. Repeat charge will apply to any subsequent renewal.

Readers' groups
Annual subscription is £19.50 per group.
Subscription runs from 1 April to 31 March. Subscriptions will be charged from April. Groups that join or leave part-way through the year will be charged the full annual subscription charge. Please contact our County Libraries for further details or see the readers' groups page.
