Reusable Nappy Voucher Scheme information
Thank you very much for your interest in our reusable nappy voucher scheme. Our scheme is currently closed but we hope to be back soon.
If you were a successful and awarded a voucher, but have decided that reusable nappies are not for you, please note that you are not permitted to re-sell reusable nappies claimed with your voucher under any circumstances as set out in the terms and conditions of this scheme.
If reusable nappies aren’t working for you we ask that these are donated to Herefordshire Nappy Library to support more families to trial reusable nappies across Herefordshire.

Fraud statement
By completing the application to the scheme, you are confirming that you are eligible to receive the scheme voucher. If your eligibility circumstances change after making an application or receiving this funding, you must notify us immediately.
Herefordshire Council will not accept deliberate manipulation or fraud, and any instances will be actively investigated. Any individual who falsifies their records or dishonestly provides inaccurate information may face prosecution.
Please note that applicants are NOT permitted to re-sell reusable nappies or any other products claimed through the vouchers, as set out in the terms and conditions of this scheme. The council reserves the right to recoup funds and initiate recovery actions in any such instances.
The personal information we have collected from you will be shared with fraud prevention agencies who will use it to prevent fraud and money-laundering and to verify your identity. If fraud is detected, you could be refused certain services, finance, or employment.
