Temporary suspension of the collection of fridges, freezers & cooling appliances
We are temporarily not able collect any fridges, freezers or cooling appliances on our bulky item collection service.
Unfortunately, there is a national issue affecting the treatment and processing of fridges and freezers which means we will temporarily be unable to accept these. Councils and waste operators across the country are experiencing similar challenges as the number of appliances awaiting collection continues to exceed the industry's capacity to remove and process them.
We apologies for any inconvenience caused but this is a situation beyond the control of both Herefordshire Council and our waste disposal contractors.

Unfortunately we are unable to collect the below items. These should be taken to the relevant household recycling centres. Please check the site accepts the item before you visit.
