Waste collection update Friday 9 October 2026
Due to a number of operational issues currently affecting our service, some bin collections scheduled for today may be delayed. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank residents for their patience as these issues are resolved. If your bin collection is due today and has not been collected, please allow 24 hours before reporting it as a missed collection, as crews may still be able to return and complete the service.

Lifebuoys are located along the riverbank and at other open water areas. Missing lifebuoys need to be urgently replaced for use in an emergency.
If you spot a missing or damaged lifebuoy, please contact us so we can replace it as soon as possible.
