We ask you to set up an account with us to report some things, such as missed collections, so we know where the bin is. If you don't have an account yet you can register with us through our online system. It will only take a few minutes and means you can quickly report other things to us in the future.
- A bin or sack wasn't collected
- Rubbish has been spilt from my bin or sack
- I'm unhappy with the noise of the collection crew
- I'm unhappy with the behaviour of the collection crew
- My property has been damaged by the collection vehicle or crew
- My bin has been returned to the wrong place
Bin lost or stolen
If your bin is damaged we will replace it but there is a charge.
After reporting a damaged bin, please leave it somewhere accessible, so we can change it without disturbing you.
