Search the planning enforcement register
Local authorities are legally obliged to make the planning enforcement register available to the public .
You can use the planning enforcement register search to:
- Check the status of any enforcement notices issued in relation to a property or piece of land
You can search by:
- ENF – Enforcement case reference
- LA – Local Authority reference
- Site location – postcode/name of property or land
- Date period Start of notice/Close of notice
- Status of the enforcement notice
Your search results will include the details we hold in relation to the enforcement notice, including whether there have been appeals.
