You will need these documents to upload:

• A site location plan (with site outlined in red) to a scale of 1:1250 or 1:2500
• Sketch or outline drawings of the existing building or site
• Any other information which may be relevant to your application

You can pay in the form either by card or by BACS bank transfer.

Other information which may be relevant:

• A block plan indicating the position of any existing buildings and what is proposed
• Details of any significant earth moving operations or excavations
• For listed buildings: details of proposed design, materials, construction and repair methods
• Clarification as to whether your request, or any part of it, should be treated as confidential
• Additional supportive reports or assessments in relation to specialist advice
• Any other information you consider relevant at this stage, for example, photographs of the site or buildings
