These guidance notes for developers and landlords set out Herefordshire Council's requirements for the storage and collection of general rubbish and recycling from residential properties. It does not include guidance for commercial properties.

It should be used as a guide as individual developments may have specific requirements. All proposals must also comply with all relevant legislation.
