Inspector's report

The inspector published his report on 24 June 2019. This report concludes that the Herefordshire Travellers’ Sites Development Plan Document (DPD) provides an appropriate basis for the planning of Traveller sites in the county, provided that a number of main modifications are made to it.

Consultation on the main modifications took place between 1 May and 12 June 2019. In addition the council proposed a number of additional modifications. These are minor amendments that include any updated information and corrections that do not significantly change the content of the plan.

The report and revised Travellers' Sites DPD incorporating all the modifications were presented to Herefordshire Council and were adopted on 11 October 2019.
