Planning Register Part 3: Hereford Enterprise Zone Local Development Order (LDO)

A Local Development Order (LDO) to grant planning permission for certain types of development for Hereford Enterprise Zone was first adopted in 2013. The LDO simplified planning procedures, thereby saving time, and reducing costs to businesses in order to attract businesses to the Enterprise Zone, promote growth and secure new or safeguard existing job opportunities. The LDO has been revised for a further five year period from July 2025.
