We are inviting residents who access and use the county’s current community equipment service to tell us about your experience
Herefordshire Council, Wye Valley NHS Trust and NHS Herefordshire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG), are inviting residents to tell us about your experience of accessing and using the county’s community equipment service during the past 5 years.
Currently operated on behalf of the partners by NRS Healthcare Ltd, the integrated community equipment service loans a wide range of medical equipment to people across the county, including hospital beds, hoists, commodes, riser recliner chairs and telecare equipment, such as pendant alarms and key safes.
The feedback from the consultation will be used to improve the service offered to residents in the future.
There are several ways in which residents can tell us about their experience
- You can give your views via an online survey by visiting www.herefordshire.gov.uk/communityequipment
- Complete a paper copy of the survey available in Herefordshire libraries from Monday 25 March or to request a paper copy email email@example.com or call 07792002050
- Or visit a drop in event on Tuesday 9 April from 10am – 12 noon at Hereford library.
Completed surveys must be returned by Monday 22 April 2019.
For further information or to request help with completing the survey, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 07792002050 from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
