Care experienced children and young people attended a Fun Day hosted by Herefordshire’s children’s services at Hereford Rugby Football Club.

Music, face painting, bouncy castles and football were just a few of the activities on offer throughout the day all enjoyed with live music, candy floss, pizza and ice cream.

Children’s services staff and carers joined in with the games to ensure the children and young people had a fun time at the event.

“Thanks to my staff and the carers who gave their time to make this event enjoyable for our children and young people.

“Care experience children and young people often have to deal with difficult experiences in their lives, so an event like this provides them with the opportunity to relax and have a fun time.”
