Apply for your child’s primary school reception class place before 15 January deadline
Parent and carers with children who were born between 1 September 2018 and 31 August 2019, are being urged to apply for their child’s primary school reception class place for September 2023, before the deadline passes.
Nearly 500 outstanding applications still need to be submitted, and time is running out as the deadline is fast approaching.
It’s quick and easy to apply. Applications can be completed online at www.herefordshire.gov.uk/reception-class-admissions

Failure to submit an application could result in your child not being offered a place in a preferred school.
You must still apply for a reception class place, even if you already have a place in the nursery associated with your preferred school.
The closing date for all primary school reception class applications is midnight on 15 January 2023.
