Known for its Scandinavian-inspired range of homeware, furniture, crafts, stationery, children’s items and seasonal products, the new store brings a fresh shopping experience to the city centre. Eager shoppers queued around the block before the doors opened on Friday morning, While being serenaded by live musicians.

The arrival of Søstrene Grene adds another reason for residents and visitors to spend time in Hereford, whether they’re looking for home inspiration, creative hobbies or simply enjoying a day out.

Herefordshire Council’s Cabinet Member for Economy and Growth, Councillor Graham Biggs, said:

Herefordshire Council is working with businesses and partners to create a vibrant and resilient city centre through investment in regeneration, transport improvements and initiatives that encourage more people to visit, shop and spend time in Hereford.

The opening is another great addition to Hereford’s city centre, adding to the mix of major brands and independent retailers already in the city. It all helps to create an exciting destination for shopping, leisure and days out.
