Hereford Register Office has now moved to 8 St Owen Street, Hereford, HR1 2PJ. Access to the new office is through the side door – take the path from St Owen Street down the side of the Town Hall towards the rear car park.

All appointments to register a birth, death or stillbirth, as well as to give notice of marriage or civil partnership, will now take place at the new register office.

We have contacted everyone who has a marriage or civil partnership ceremony scheduled at the Register Office (a statutory ceremony), to notify them of the new address.

Marriages, civil partnerships or citizenship ceremonies scheduled in the Oak Room at Hereford Town Hall, will take place in the Oak Room as planned.

The move will allow Hereford library to relocate temporarily to Hereford Town Hall.
