Herefordshire Local Area SEND Inspection

Ofsted and the Care Quality Commission (CQC) are visiting Herefordshire as part of an inspection.

Ofsted would like to hear your views about the support that children and young people in Herefordshire receive.

This survey is for the following:

  • parents/carers of children and young people with SEND aged 0-25
  • children and young people with SEND aged 0-25
  • practitioners who support children and young people with SEND

Your views are important and will help inspectors understand your experiences of the SEND arrangements within Herefordshire.

The survey will close at 9am on 26 November 2024.
