Extra time to review council capital investment plan

At full council on Friday 13 October, Herefordshire Councillors were due to consider a revised capital programme which included the re-scoping of existing projects and the inclusion of funding for:

1.       Road resurfacing

2.       The Southern Link Road

3.       Economic Development in Market Towns, including Model Farm in Ross-On-Wye

4.       The refurbishment of Shirehall.

The withdrawal of the agenda item at full Council means that this will allow the Leader and the Cabinet additional time to consider the feedback received from Councillors and members of the public.
