Coronavirus library update

Last update Wednesday 28 July 2021

All our libraries have reopened and the home delivery service is running as normal. Due to flood damage Bromyard Library will not reopen as planned on Wednesday 28 July. The damage to the building is being assessed and we will provide further updates as soon as we can. See our new library opening times.

You can browse freely, use library computers and wifi, and order reservations and Click and Collect books to pick up from your chosen library.

All of our services are available again and some library events have restarted. The Summer Reading Challenge is now taking place to keep children reading over the summer. Room hire and exhibition spaces are not yet available.

Face coverings and social distancing

  • Face coverings Our staff will continue to wear face coverings to protect themselves and others. We encourage our customers to do the same
  • Social distancing We recommend that customers maintain a safe distance from other customers and staff
  • Cleaning We are regularly cleaning all our sites and have hand sanitiser for you to use
