Celebrating excellence in apprenticeships
Hosted by Herefordshire Growth Hub in partnership with Herefordshire Council and local training organisations, the Herefordshire Apprenticeship Awards celebrate the individuals and organisations driving apprenticeship success across the county.
The awards recognise and celebrate:
- Outstanding apprentices
- Employers who champion apprenticeship opportunities
- Mentors who provide exceptional guidance and support
This is your opportunity to shine a spotlight on those helping to build a skilled, ambitious, future-ready workforce in Herefordshire.
Award categories
There are three main award categories, each featuring sub-categories. Up to three finalists will be shortlisted in each category:

- New Apprenticeship Employer of the Year
- Future Skills Apprenticeship Award
- Employer Mentor of the Year

Nominations
Nominations will open shortly and will close at 12 noon on Tuesday 3 November 2026 (applications received after this deadline will not be accepted).
Awards Ceremony
The winners will be announced at the Herefordshire Apprenticeship Awards Ceremony, which will be held on Tuesday 9 February 2027 (during National Apprenticeship Week). Venue to be revealed.
