Mentor of the Year Award

Herefordshire Skills Apprenticeship Awards 2026This award celebrates tutors, assessors or mentors who go above and beyond to support apprentices and ensure they experience the best start to their career.

Eligibility criteria

The nominee needs to be currently employed and working as a tutor, assessor or mentor supporting Herefordshire apprentices.

What the entry should demonstrate

This category is for an individual who has encouraged and inspired apprentices throughout their training programme. The award is for someone who goes above and beyond for their apprentices to ensure they feel supported, valued and inspired on their learning journey.

Nominations

Nominations can be submitted by a colleague, apprentice, or employer representative.
