Privacy and confidentiality for Hear Me users

We run the Hear Me - children's rights and advocacy service at arm's length to the local authority with our own delegated budget. We have total ownership of our client records, which no one else can have access to. We are also independent of decision-making professionals within the local authority. This means you can be confident we are offering independent and impartial advice and that we can provide confidential support and advice, when you need it.

You can read more about how we protect your privacy and confidentiality in our privacy notice.
