2018 Boundary Review

Following a decision by Parliament to reduce the number of constituencies in the UK to 600 from 650, and to ensure that the number of electors in each constituency is more equal, the Boundary Commission for England conducted the necessary review of all English constituencies.

The Boundary Commission for England (BCE) provided the Government with their final recommendations for new Parliamentary constituency boundaries in England on 5 September 2018. These are intended to come into effect for the next scheduled general election in 2022.
