Proposal	Unknown variety of non evergreen tree in garden, now overhanging public pavement and obscuring a street light. Upon further investigation, it is an offshoot of the existing hedge, possibly beech. It is overhanging the property at 9 Bearcroft. The section overhanging the pavement has been removed by National Grid as they have moved the streetlight forward. A tree surgeon has classified it as unstable state after the removal of branches by NG operatives.
