Remove three Leylandii trees with a total of four major stems immediately north of Chamberwell Cottage (house) and adjacent to the B4230. Have outgrown their position, and are around 25m high. Being located next to a retaining wall, the roots are only partially unsupported on one side and the trees could therefore fall to the west, landing across the road and onto Daisy Bank Cottage. The works to be carried out are to remove the trees entirely.
