Proposed removal of later, modern stud and plasterboard wall, to
enable the creation of new DDA compliant WC and other internal renovations. Works to repair some windows. New window to replace modern door and replacement door to North Elevation with new canopy. New drainage to be adjusted and rear north elevation exposed drainage to be rationalised and reduced.
