Necessary pruning (to existing hedge height) and removal of 3 Holly
trees forming part of the property’s boundary hedge with neighbouring properties, which have, over time, become overgrown and unstable through lack of proper management. These include one that has already died and so needs to be felled before falling onto a neighbouring property, and two still living that pose a similar risk to two other neighbouring houses. Also pruning of some overgrown Wych Elm branches,which have become too large to cut as part of the usual hedge trimmingthrough not having been done on a regular basis, but which are not onemature tree.
