The tree is a Common Lime some approx 150 - 200 years old. I want to
remove it entirely on health and safety grounds. I have contacted 3 tree surgeons who have all indicated that the tree has extensive rot at most levels, is in any event the wrong tree in the wrong place and is likely to become a danger to life and property - hence our urgency with this application.
