Proposal	Removal of 20m Eucalyptus tree from the flower / shrub bed directly in front of the house. The tree has become too large and is too closeto the house (10m). It is an environmentally unfriendly species and has no positive effects for insects. It is also slowly killing the mature shrubs in the border as the leaves drop and mulch in the bed and produce harmful chemicals for plants. A replacement shrub / small tree, possibly black lace elderberry (sambucus) will be planted in its place.
