and B. The trees are all cypresses, including Leylandii and/or Lawson cypress. 2. Pruning of isolated Walnut tree number T12 shown on Plan Ain order to improve its structure: Removal of extra trunks of walnut tree down to near ground level to leave behind the best, most erect single trunk. 3. Removal of leaning/laterally growing branches from members of hedgerow on northern boundary of property, on Plan A as Group G2, in order to tidy up the hedgerow and erect a fence adjacent to the hedge. Dead trees will also be removed, which is a permitted activity.
