Proposal Removal of exsisting garden shed/garage measuring 15ft x 10ft height 7.87ft (2.4m) and replace it with a garden room (which comes in kit form) with an outside covered area. We will be using the existing concrete foundation that is already in place for the shed/garage. The garden room with outside area will measure 26ft x 10ft. Height 7.87ft (2.4m). 11ft x 10ft is the outside covered sitting area. No changes tothe existing access or drive area is required, as the garden room willpedestrian access only.
