Proposed works to a conifer approximately 15-20 feet high. Its
growing very close to our property (within 2 meters) and has already damaged storm water drainage, it is also now becoming too big for the location its in, which a narrow, raised strip of land between our property and Lime Brook. Because it is so close to the house the tree has also started to develop uneven growth and is becoming thicker on the brook side. We propose to remove the conifer and replace with a more suitable, slow growing flowing species, such as cherry.
